Who I am

I earned my Master's Degree in Law from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" with a thesis in criminal law, under the guidance of Professor Antonio Fiorella, entitled "The Criminal Liability of Nurses in Teamwork."

My legal internship at a law firm specializing in civil and healthcare law, and subsequent professional practice, led me to delve deeper into the civil law implications of professional liability for healthcare professionals, particularly in light of the new Gelli-Bianco Law.

A further focus of our professional activity is the procedure aimed at recovering debts owed by private individuals, professionals, and businesses.

More generally, I deal with various areas of civil law (breach of contract, tort, and damages), labor law, public employment in healthcare, and health law.

I provide ongoing legal advice and assistance to businesses through agreements.

I practice in central Italy, but can also cover the entire country with the assistance of colleagues based in my home country.
